Dear workshop participants,
 
There has been a very strongly positive response to the Elasticity Grand Challenge Workshop on May 8. We now have 29 people signed up for the workshop.
 
I am writing to encourage all those who have not yet responded to my previous email  to sumbit abstracts as soon as possible. I need to get the final schedule in  place. So please  send me a title and abstract for  your talk if you plan to give one.   I would also like to thank those of you who have already responded.
 
A copy of  my  email on the workshop themes, abstracts, and talks is copied below. Attached is the introduction to the Grand Challenge Proposal.
 
I am looking forward to seeing all of you on May 8.
